Yes! We bought a dump of an old RV garage on two acres that we plan on turning into a “tiny house”. A typical tiny house is 500 sq ft or less. Well, this bad boy is 730 sq ft of pure… leaking, dingy, unkept mess.
There was once a house on the property. My brother in law actually watched it burn down probably 20 years ago. It’s a fully fenced lot with a “pool” and a pond. I’d rather swim in the pond than the pool at this point. It’s an ecosystem that would create a winning science fair project.
